Warunki korzystania

Obowiązują od 11 października 2026

Te warunki dotyczą programu RedLauncher, moda Red Loader, strony redlauncher.com i usług online z nimi związanych (znajomi, czat, drużyna, profil, Kolekcja, hostowanie serwerów).

„Minecraft” to znak towarowy Mojang AB. Do grania potrzebujesz własnego, legalnie kupionego konta Minecraft. RedLauncher nie sprzedaje gry ani do niej dostępu.

2. Konto i wiek

Korzystając z usług online, musisz spełniać wymagania wiekowe Microsoft i Minecrafta.

3. Zasady zachowania

W czacie, drużynie, opisie profilu, nicku i udostępnianych zrzutach ekranu nie wolno:

obrażać, nękać ani grozić innym, publikować treści nienawistnych, pornograficznych, przemocowych lub niezgodnych z prawem;
wysyłać spamu, oszukiwać innych graczy ani wyłudzać danych, haseł czy kont;
publikować cudzych danych osobowych ani treści, do których nie masz praw;
atakować, przeciążać, omijać zabezpieczeń lub zakłócać działania serwerów RedLaunchera, w tym używać botów i skryptów do zdobywania Red Coinów i przedmiotów;

4. Kolekcja, Red Coiny i przedmioty

Przedmioty limitowane (np.

6. Mody, serwery i treści innych osób

7. Dostępność i zmiany

Terms of Use

Effective from October 11, 2026

These terms cover the RedLauncher program, the Red Loader mod, the redlauncher.com website and the related online services (friends, chat, party, profile, Collection, server hosting). By installing or using RedLauncher you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use RedLauncher.

1. What RedLauncher is

RedLauncher is a free, unofficial launcher for Minecraft: Java Edition on Windows. RedLauncher is NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. It is NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB. You need your own legally purchased Minecraft account to play. RedLauncher does not sell the game or access to it.

2. Account and age

You sign in with a Microsoft account. You are responsible for your account and everything that happens on it.
To use the online services you must meet the age requirements of Microsoft and Minecraft. If you are under 16, use RedLauncher with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Do not impersonate other players or use accounts that are not yours.

3. Rules of conduct

In chat, party, profile bio, name and shared screenshots you must not:

insult, harass or threaten others, or post hateful, pornographic, violent or illegal content;
spam, scam other players or phish for data, passwords or accounts;
post other people's personal data or content you have no rights to;
attack, overload, bypass the security of or disrupt RedLauncher servers, including using bots or scripts to farm Red Coins or items;
use server hosting and tunnels for illegal or harmful activity.

If you break these rules we may remove content (e.g. a bio or a screenshot from a profile) and limit or block access to the online services, also without prior warning.

4. Collection, Red Coins and items

Red Coins, barrels and cosmetic items (armor, weapons, pets, hats) are virtual items for fun only. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, sold, exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
You get them for free by playing (quests) and opening barrels. The rarity odds are shown on every barrel.
We may change items, prices, quests and odds, and in case of a bug, fraud or abuse revoke or remove Red Coins and items.
Limited items (e.g. Halloween 2026) can only be obtained during the event. Players who got them keep them after it ends.

5. Your content

The profile bio, banner, messages and screenshots you share remain yours. By sharing them in RedLauncher you allow us to store them and show them to others as part of the services, e.g. a screenshot on your public profile. You can delete them at any time in the launcher.

6. Mods, servers and third-party content

RedLauncher lets you download mods and game versions and join servers owned by other people, including partner servers. We are not responsible for their content, operation or rules. You use them at your own risk and under their terms.

7. Availability and changes

RedLauncher is provided free of charge, "as is". We try to keep it working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the online services will always be available. We may change, extend or turn off features. The launcher updates automatically.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of RedLauncher, e.g. loss of data, game worlds or account access, or for the operation of Microsoft and Mojang services. Back up important worlds. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. We will announce important changes in the launcher or on the website. Continuing to use RedLauncher after a change means you accept the new version.

10. Contact

Questions, abuse reports and account requests: RedLauncher Discord server.

These terms are governed by Polish law.
